A trade business worth the years it took to build.

That's why we build. Custom technology for trade businesses on Vancouver Island, built by people who've been on the tools.

We come from the trades.

We've run crews, chased invoices, and lost mornings to email. We know what breaks when a company grows past five people, because we've lived it. The tools we build came out of fixing our own businesses first — every one of them was tested in a real construction shop before any client saw it.

Builders helping builders.

What that actually means, in three convictions:

A trade business that lives in one head dies in one head. The customer relationships, the pricing logic, the way you handle that one weird strata in Oak Bay — all of it walks out the door at retirement unless the business is built to carry it. A career adds up to something only if the something can survive without the career.

Tools shape what a business can become. Rented tools never become assets. Owned tools do. What you run on decides what you compound into. The trades have been told for two decades that subscription software is the only game. We don't think it has to be.

Pointing at problems doesn't make a trade business compound. Doing the work does. Most consultants stop at the report. Most software companies stop at the sale. We start at the build — and stay through the measuring, the maintaining, and the next fix after that.

What happened when we fixed one company's email.

The owner of a telecom company on Vancouver Island was spending 90 minutes every morning just sorting email. Quotes from suppliers, crew updates, client follow-ups — all in one inbox, all by hand.

We built an AI email system that reads everything, drafts replies, and routes the rest. The boss got his mornings back — the system handles 80%+ of email on its own. By year one, the savings added up to over $50,000.

The system handled it so well that the company expanded it — same approach, new bottlenecks. Each one got the same treatment: find the waste, build the fix, measure the result.

You own everything we build.

SaaS means rent. The price goes up, they own your data, and if you leave you start over. We do it differently.

We build it. You own it. Add as many users as you want — no per-seat fees. It's an asset on your balance sheet, not a line on your expense report.

Your data stays in Canada. We don't sell it. We don't share it.

Your systems run without us.

What we build keeps working whether we're around or not. If we're on vacation, nothing breaks. You're never dependent on us to keep the lights on.

How it works.

Discovery

We find the bottleneck. Not the one you think you have — the one that's actually costing you the most time and money.

Build

We build the fix. Custom, tested, and designed around how your team actually works — not how a software company thinks you should.

Retainer

We keep improving. Weekly support, new automations as your business grows, and someone who picks up the phone when something needs adjusting.

Week one, we're in your office watching how things actually run. Week two, you've got a written scope with real numbers and a decision to make. No commitment until you see the plan.
